Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2023-543-WG
Custodial Banking Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of RFQ 2023-543-
WG. The purpose of this RFQ is to seek proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide
custodial services on behalf of the City for vario us types of assets.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ were received on October 26, 2023. The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Richard Ajami, Budget Officer, Office of Management and Budget
•Daniel Cotter, Revenue Manager, Finance Department
•Gretel Ferrer, Accounting Manager, Finance Department
•Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department
•Sara Patino, Treasury Manager, Finance Department
