Program Instructional Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of RFQ 2024-
107-LB. This RFQ seeks proposals from qualified parties interested in providing gymnastic
program instruction services at the Scott Rakow Youth Center.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ will be received on March 15, 2024. The responsive proposals
will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the
RFQ_
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Alan Alberta, Athletic Manager, Parks and Recreation Department
•Jacqueline Comptis, Recreation Program Manager, Parks and Recreation Department
•Shannon Koonin, Parks Board Member
•Melody Perez, Contracts Compliance Administrator, Parks and Recreation Department
•Sean Smith, Parks Board Chair
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Javier Fulgueira, Parks Facilities Manager, Parks and Recreation Department
•Fernando Pestana, Administrative Services Manager, Tourism and Cultural
Development Department
