Hudak, City Mana� DATE: March 1 , 2024 ll' v ,SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2024-021-ND for Disaster Debris Monitoring ServicesThe purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of RFP No. 2024-021-ND. The ITN seeks proposals from qualified disaster debris monitoring contractor(s) interested in being considered to provide technical expertise and guidance to support the City during emergency recovery efforts following declared disaster event(s). The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on March 4, 2024. Responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: •Michael Clark, Superintendent, Sanitation Department•Ariel Guitian, Senior Project Manager, Office of Capital Improvement Projects•Carlos Naumann, Contracts Compliance Administrator, Parks and RecreationDepartment•Kristina Nunez, Sewer Field Operations Supervisor, Public Works Department•Ashley Watson, Procurement Coordinator, Public Works Department
