SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2024-01 O-
NO for Public Relations Services for Arts and Culture
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City Commission on
the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2024-010-ND. The RFQ seeks a consultant to
assist with an arts and culture strategy for the City.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ were received on April 5, 2024. The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Melissa Berthier, Director, Office of Marketing and Communications
•Lissette Garcia Arrogante, Director, Tourism and Culture Department
•Ian Rand, Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, The Wolfsonian -FIU
•Grisette Roque Marcos, Executive Director, Miami Beach Visitors and Convention
