On July 14, 2023, Miami-Dade County along with the U.S. Navy announced Fleet Week at the Port of Miami during the week of May 6-12, 2024. As part of the week-long celebration, the City of Miami Beach will host the first-ever Event in Lummus Park. Please join us for the Miami Beach Top Gun Beach Olympics, which will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Muscle Beach in the Lummus Park spoil area between 8 and 9 Streets. The Event will feature teams from the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and local First Responders competing in beach volleyball, team tug of war, pull-up challenge, and more. The Event is free and open to the public.
