SUBJECT: G.O. Bond Oversight Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("L TC") is to provide an update regarding the motion
made during the May 9, 2024 G.O. Bond Oversight Committee meeting.
Motion - Regarding Byron Carlyle Theater
The Committee made a motion to include workforce housing, including artist housing, as
part of the Byron Carlyle Theater Project, utilizing $4 million of G. 0. Bond funds available
in Tranche 2 (for workforce housing).
