BLOCK & SILO TRAINING VS INTERLEAVING
MBPD trainers often use the technique of interleaving as opposed to block and silo training.
Interleaving is a learning technique that involves mixing different topics or forms of practice,
to facilitate learning and long-term retention of information (Brown et al., 2014).
This is done in the form of scenarios, role playing and skill-builders (i.e. drills and exercises).
