Committee: Jose Smith (Chair), Ronnie lssenberg (Vice Chair), Romina Orozco-Encio, Tom Richerson, and Manning Salazar Motion 1: The Committee recommends that the Chair and Board of Directors of the North Beach CRA approve the application, by Normandy Isles Investment LLC., to the North Beach CRA Commercial Fa~ade Improvement Program, for the property located at 1191 71°Street. Motion made by: Seconded by: Manning Salazar Romina Orozco-Encio Motion passed by acclamation (5-0) Motion 2: The Committee recommends, in view of the favorable legal determination regarding conflict of interest by the North Beach CRA General Counsel, that the Chair and Board of Directors of the North Beach CRA waive any potential or perceived conflict of interest and allow submission of an application, by North Beach CRA Committee member Romina Orozco-Encio, to the North Beach CRA Commercial Fa~ade Improvement Program, for a property located at 1008 71°Street. Motion made by: Seconded by: Manning Salazar Jose Smith Motion passed by acclamation (4-0) * *Romina Orozco-Encio abstained North Beach CRA Advisory Committee Motions Page 2 of 2 Motion 3: Motion 4: The Committee recommends providing funding for seasonal marketing support for the Miami Beach Bandshell's Seaside Summer 2024 Series, including temporary light pole banners and bus shelter advertising, in accordance with the North Beach CRA Redevelopment Plan strategy to strengthen cultural arts in the North Beach CRA, by supporting and enhancing cultural facilities through cultural tourism and programming (North Beach CRA Redevelopment Plan sections 9.3.1 and 9.3.3).
