SUBJECT: Convention Center Hotel Project- Street Paving - Traffic Pattern Impact
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC") is to advise you that, after several delays due to
scheduling conflicts, starting the week of June 3, 2024 through June 14, 2024, the site work contractor
for the developer of the future Convention Center Hotel project will be re-mobilizing for the milling and
resurfacing of the roadways affected by the completed underground utility work.
Convention Center Drive between 17" and 18" Streets, and two (2) lanes on 17 Street, between City
Hall and New World Symphony, will be closed to vehicular traffic. Two lanes on 17 Street will remain
open, one (1) lane for east bound traffic and one (1) lane for west bound traffic. The elected officials'
parking spaces will remain accessible from 7h Street at all times.

This will complete the scope of work of the Early Access Agreement with MB Mixed Use Investment,
LLC. The contractor has an approved MOT (Attachment A), and the work has been coordinated with
Convention Center Operations.
