The Committee discussed the subject matter and recognized the difficulties residents in the North Beach area face concerning vehicular on-street parking. The TPBPFC unanimously passed a motion affirming support for the creation of a Residential Parking Permit Zone in the three proposed neighborhoods within the North Beach area of Miami Beach.
