City of Miami Beach Fire on the Fourth Festival 2024
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to announce the annual Fire on the Fourth Celebration,
taking place at a new location this year in Altos Del Mar Park in North Beach. This Fire on the Fourth
Festival marks the nation's 248" birthday. The family-friendly Independence Day celebration is open to all
City residents and visitors:

3 PM - Family Zone, Imagination Playground, Food Trucks open
5 PM - Stage Entertainment begins featuring Miami Beats
8 PM -- National Anthem followed by Mayor and City Commission Remarks
9 PM -- Drone and Fireworks Show to close the event
Altos Del Mar Park, 76 Street & Collins Avenue
The Miami Beach Bandshell will also feature free outdoor roller disco from 5-9 p.m., sponsored in
part by the City of Miami Beach. Residents can enjoy free skate rentals with a photo I.D.
In addition to the North Beach festivities, the Ocean Drive Association in partnership with the City
of Miami Beach will host its annual Independence Day Fireworks & Patriotic Concert on Ocean
Drive and 12 Street commencing with an orchestra performance by the Miami Beach Classical
Music Festival at 8:30 p.m.
