The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC)is to provide information to elected officials and
City staff relative to current solicitations that are covered by the Cone of Silence Ordinance.The
following is a list of current solicitations to which the Cone of Silence Ordinance is applicable.The
Cone of Silence is in effect from the date the solicitation is advertised and issued,as indicated
below,through the date of the award by the City Commission.
