Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No.2024-
005-ND for Economic Development Consultant Services
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC)is to update the Mayor and City Commission on
the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ)No.2024-005-ND.The RFQ seeks to establish a
prequalified pool of multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide economic development
consultant services to the City.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ were received on July 1,2024.The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Justin Karr,Economic Development Manager,Economic Development Department
•Rogelio Madan,Development and Resiliency Officer,Planning Department
•Colette Satchell,Senior Project Manager,Office of Capital Improvement Projects
•Luis Wong,Interim Assistant Director,Economic Development Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Amy Knowles,Chief Resiliency Officer,Environment and Sustainability Department
•Otniel Rodriguez,Assistant Director,Transportation and Mobility Department
