DATE:July 11,2024 SUBJECT:Production Industry Council Motion -July 11, 2024 The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC")is to inform the Mayor and City Commission of a motion passed by the Miami Beach Production Industry Council ("PIC")during their Thursday,July 11, 2024,meeting. At the meeting,staff presented additional changes to the Film and Print Guidelines,focusing on sanitation.The Guidelines are to be presented for approval at the July 24,2024,City Commission meeting. MOTION:Motion to approve the proposed amendments to the Film and Print Guidelines to include temporary structures sanitation requirements. Motion was moved by Igor Shteyrenberg and seconded by Christina LaBuzetta.Motion passed unanimously (4-0) Members in attendance:Barbara Goicoechea (Chair), Igor Shteyrenberg,(Vice Chair),Christina LaBuzetta,and Aleksandar Sale Stojanovic.
