It was launched in 2006 and has since become one of the world's most comprehensive cloud platforms,offering cutting edge services from data centers globally. It enables organizations to scale,innovate,and lower costs by providing on-demand cloud computing resources in a flexible,secure,and cost-effective environment. The AWS Champions program recognizes,celebrates,and supports organizations driving digital transformation with cloud computing.This program acknowledges customers that have used Amazon Web Services (AWS)technologies in innovative ways to improve the service to their communities,constituents,staff,students,faculty or researchers.Champions'experiences and success stories serve as inspiration for other education,state and local government customers and set the tone for innovation with their peers.The IT Department architected and constructed the award-winning solution which drastically improved call center and customer service operations and lowered wait times by more than 50%.
