Launch of Development Review Dashboard
This Letter to Commission (L TC)provides an update on the creation and launch of a development
review projects dashboard,including an interactive map.On November 16,2022,the Mayor and City
Commission,pursuant to item R9 E,directed the Administration to develop and implement a
comprehensive dashboard and interactive map for approved Land Use Board (LUB)applications.The
dashboard has been developed in accordance with the following parameters:
•Projects will be added to the dashboard when the application is approved by the applicable LUB.
•The dashboard updates every evening and displays projects approved during the preceding six (6)
months.Projects older than six months can still be accessed via a Citizen Self Service search from
the City's main webpage.
•To manage the number of projects identified on the map the applicable LUB projects for the
interactive map consist of new construction and significant additions.
The development of the dashboard included the build-out of the webpage database,as well as creating
a process for establishing a link with LUB applications.The dashboard and map have recently been
published on the City's website and can be accessed via the following link:

The creation and publishing of this dashboard was a collaborative effort coordinated by the Planning
Department in direct consultation with the Information Technology Department.I want to recognize the
efforts of Carmen Sanchez and Rogelio Madan in the Planning Department for direct coordination of
the project.I also want to acknowledge the key support from Frank Quintana and Tony Montes de Oca
in the Information Technology Department.
This was an outstanding team effort from all involved and has resulted in an easy to access and user-
friendly dashboard for all residents,property owners and interested persons.%.
