The purpose of this Letter to the Commission (“LTC”) is to inform the Mayor and City Commission of
the motions made at the July 18, 2024 G.O. Bond Oversight Committee meeting.
Motion #1 – Fire Station 1 (Provided via separate LTC)
Motion #2 – 41st Street Corridor Improvements
The Committee made a motion to move forward with the 41st Street Corridor Improvements
Project as presented.

Motion #3 - Grant Scope Change - New World Symphony (Provided via separate LTC)
Motion #4 - Grant Scope Change – Jewish Museum (Provided via separate LTC)
Motion #5 – Funding Swap for La Gorce Park
The Committee made a motion in favor of the funding swap for La Gorce Park from Skate Park.
