SUBJECT:Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Documents
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to distribute the Proposed FY 2025 Budget
documents in advance of the first public hearing that will be held at the City Commission meeting
on Monday,September 16,2024,at 5:01 p.m.
These documents are consistent with the direction given by the City Commission at the Budget
Workshop on May 20,2024,as well as the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee (FERC)
Budget Briefings that were held on June 21,2024 and July 12,2024.
Electronic versions of the Proposed FY 2025 Budget documents will be made available on line on
the City's website at: https://www.miamibeachfl.gov/city-hall/office-of-budget-peformance/budget/
The second public hearing is scheduled to be held on Wednesday,September 25,2024,at 5:.01
p.m.
