SUBJECT:Convention Center Hotel Project -Traffic Pattern Impact
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC")is to advise you that,starting at 7pm on Monday,
September 9,2024,the site work contractor for the developer of the future Convention Center Hotel
project will be re-mobilizing to perform repairs to the traffic signal loop,along Convention Center Drive
at the 17 Street intersection (refer to sketch below for work zone).The_repairs are expected to be
completed overnight.
The contractor has an approved MOT (Attachment 1),and the work has been coordinated with
Convention Center Operations.
