The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC)is to update the Mayor and City Commission on
the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ)No.2024-413-WG.This RFQ seeks to establish an
agreement(s)with a qualified firm(s)or individuals to provide consulting and lobbying services
before State agencies on the City's behalf.The firm(s)is expected to provide assistance in
identifying,applying for,and receiving competitive grants,earmarks,and other discretionary
funding.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ were received on August 16,2024.The responsive proposals
will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the
RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Christina Baguer,Chief of Staff,Office of the City Manager
•Veronica Coley,Chief of Staff,Office of the Mayor and Commission
•Krystal Dobbins,Grants Management Division Director,Finance Department
•Shantell Mitchell,Police Commander,Police Department
•Otniel Rodriguez,Assistant Director,Transportation and Mobility Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Lindsey Precht,Assistant Director,Environment and Sustainability
Department
•Jose R.Gonzalez,Director,Transportation and Mobility Department
