SUBJECT:Publication of Legal Advertisements and Public Notices on Miami-Dade
County's Website Pursuant to Section 50.0311(6),F.S.
I am pleased to inform you that the City of Miami Beach is the first municipality to complete
the onboarding process for the publication of legal advertisements and notices on Miami-
Dade County's designated website.
Pursuant to Section 50.0311 (6),Florida Statutes,effective September 27,2024,the Office
of the City Clerk will publish legally required advertisements and public notices on the
publicly accessible website designated by Miami-Dade County.These advertisements
and public notices will be in searchable form and will display the initial publication date for
each advertisement or notice.
Please note that notices related to certain public hearings,including public hearings for
the adoption of ordinances and public hearings on land development applications,will
continue to be published in a newspaper of general circulation.
To access these advertisements and notices,visit Miami-Dade County's designated
website at http://legalads.miamidade.gov/and filter by municipality.
Residents and property owners who wish to receive notices and advertisements by first-
class mail or email may request this service by submitting a written request to the Office
of the City Clerk.
Additionally,physical copies of the advertisements and public notices will be delivered to
Senior Centers and Housing facilities throughout the City.
