SUBJECT:Black Affairs Advisory Committee Motions -January 7,2025
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC)is to update the Mayor and Commission on a
motion made during the January 7,2025,Black Affairs Advisory Committee ("BAAC")
Meeting.
Motion:The BMC would like to request an annual budget of $3,000 based on the multiple
events the BMC would like to sponsor throughout the year.
Motion was made by Bibi Andrade,seconded by William Warren,and passed unanimously.
