NOVEMBER 4,2025 GENERAL ELECTION BALLOT.
Should the City of Miami Beach wish to conduct a Special Election along with its November
4,2025,General Election,the deadlines listed below must be followed to allow
sufficient time for ballot preparation and to meet State and County-mandated deadlines:
Note that pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 100151,"...the governing authority of a
municipality shall not call any special election until notice is given to the Supervisor of
Elections and her consent obtained as to a date..."Once approval is obtained from the
Supervisor of Elections,the resolution to call a special election must be passed to meet
the deadlines listed below.
