Motion from the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
The purpose of this LTC is to transmit the following motions passed by the Affordable Housing
Advisory Committee ("Committee")at a meeting held on January 21,2025:
1.The Committee supports the submission of the FY 2025-2028 Local Housing Assistance
Plan to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
2.The Committee recommends that the City Commission allocate $100,000 from the
General Fund to establish a foreclosure prevention program.
