feature called Sound Search™.This new tool is designed to enhance the efficiency and
accuracy with which our residents can access specific information from City meetings.
Overview of Sound SearchM:

recordings. This functionality significantly reduces the time required to locate topics of
interest, enabling residents to engage more effectively with the City's proceedings.
Key Features:

recordings.
• Contextual Playback:Successful searches direct users to the exact moment a
keyword or phrase was mentioned, with playback starting a few seconds earlier to
provide context.
•User-Friendly Access:Search results will indicate the specific times when keywords
were spoken, allowing users to jump directly to those moments in the meeting.
