AGENDA ITEM F—r— L DATE %-- I — 1q5 Identification of Actions Needed to Address Planning Issues Raised in Report Identification of Proposed Anticipated Plan Amendments to Implement the Identified Changes Public Participation Progress ANALYSIS Robert K. Swarthout, Inc. is best suited to undertake this work as this company is familiar and fully conversant with all issues related to the City's Comprehensive Plan. The additional $10,000 is a reasonable fee for the work to be done under Phase II which is expected to be fairly time consuming and rigorous in terms of the required details expected by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. CONCLUSION The Administration has concluded that this additional Evaluation and Appraisal work must be done in a timely and professional manner and that Robert K. Swarthout, Inc. is capable of completing it successfully. Therefore, we believe that the Commission should authorize the exemption of the Letter of Agreement to have this work done. /cs ROBERT K.
