(incl uding the parent,subsidiary ,or sibling organization of a principal by w hich he or she is retained);to the special private gain or loss of a

Se c.16 3 .356 or 16 3.357,F.S .,and offi cers of independent special tax districts elected on a one-acre,one-vote basis are not pro hibited

Fo r purposes of this law ,a "relative"includes only the offi cer's father,m other,son,daughter,husband,w ife,bro ther,sister,father-in-law ,
m o ther-in-law ,son-in-law ,and daughter-in-law .A "business associate"m eans any person or entity engaged in or carry ing on a business
enterprise w ith the offi cer as a partner,joint venturer,coow ner of pro perty,or co rporate shareholder (w here the shares of the co rporation
are not listed on any natio nal or regio nal stock exchange).

(b)The measure before my agency and the nature of my conflicting interest in the measure is as follows:
At the February 26,2025 meeting of the Miami Beach City Commission,I abstained from discussing and voting
on Agenda Item C4 AM,which is a Referral to the City's Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee pertaining
to the creation of a special taxing district to fund the installation of guard gates and/or the implementation of other
security features in the Bayshore neighborhood.
I abstained from participating and voting on this matter because my spouse,Robert Wolfarth,and I have
ownership interests in real property located within the Bayshore neighborhood,including apartment buildings and
the single-family home where we reside.
As this measure could lead to the imposition of special assessments on multiple properties in which my spouse
or I have an ownership interest,I have abstained from participation in this matter.
If disclosure of specific information would violate confidentiality or privilege pursuant to law or rules governing attorneys,a public officer,
who is also an attorney,may comply with the disclosure requirements of this section by disclosing the nature of the interest in such a way
as to provide the public with notice of the conflict.
