A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF MIAMI
BEACH,FLORIDA,DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO
UPDATE THE CITY'S OFFICIAL WEBSITE SECTIONS PROVIDING
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES,SUCH AS UTILITY BILLS AND RESIDENT
PARKING PERMITS,TO AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDE A LINK TO THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH RESIDENT GUIDE UPON REGISTRATION.
WHEREAS,the City of Miami Beach is committed to enhancing the quality of life
for its residents by providing accessible,up-to-date,and useful information;and
WHEREAS,the City of Miami Beach Resident Guide serves as a valuable
resource for residents,providing important information regarding local services,events,
regulations,and more;and
WHEREAS,the City desires to ensure that residents have easy access to this
guide to facilitate their understanding of City services and opportunities;and
WHEREAS,the City Commission recognizes the importance of utilizing
technology to streamline communication and enhance civic engagement;and
WHEREAS,as follows,the City Administration is hereby directed to update the
City's official website sections providing residential services such as Utility Bills or
Resident Parking Permit,so that individuals who register for a water bill or apply for a
resident parking permit shall automatically receive a link to the City of Miami Beach
Resident Guide.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City
hereby direct the City Administration to update the City's official website sections
providing residential services,such as utility bills and resident parking permits,to
automatically provide a link to the City of Miami Beach Resident Guide upon registration.
