Re: Extension of the Grant Agreement between the City of Miami Beach (Grantor) and
Jose C Valladares (Grantee) .
Dear Jose C Valladares,
The above referenced Grant Agreement has an initial grant period commencing on December
1, 2023 and ending on April 15, 2025 with a Substantial Completion due date of December
31, 2024 for the related construction. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Grant Agreement, the City
may provide extensions in its sole discretion.
You have requested an extension of twenty-four(24) months from your end date of April 15,
2025. The City hereby approves the extension of your grant period to reflect the following
dates: a Project Substantial Completion Date of December 31, 2026; a Final Report Deadline
of January 30, 2027; and a Grant Period End Date of April 15, 2027.
Your signature below indicates acceptance of the extended grant period and interim dates.
Please return the signed original to our office within five(5)business days and we will provide
