Joseph Lipskar(Grantee)
Dear Joseph Lipskar,
The above referenced Grant Agreement has an initial grant period commencing on December
1, 2023 and ending on April 15, 2025 with a Substantial Completion due date of December
31, 2024 for the related construction. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Grant Agreement, the City
may provide extensions in its sole discretion.
You have requested an extension of three (3) months from your end date of April 15, 2025.
The City hereby approves the extension of your grant period to reflect the following dates: a
Project Substantial Completion Date of March 31, 2025; a Final Report Deadline of April 30,
2026; and a Grant Period End Date of July 15, 2026.
Your signature below indicates acceptance of the extended grant period and interim dates.
Please return the signed original to our office within five(5)business days and we will provide
you with a fully executed copy. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
