Peter Luria(Grantee)
Dear Peter Luria,
The above referenced Grant Agreement has an initial grant period commencing on December
1, 2023 and ending on May 16, 2025 with a Substantial Completion due date of January 31,
2025 for the related construction. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Grant Agreement,the City may
provide extensions in its sole discretion.
You have requested an extension of eight (8) months from your end date of May 16, 2025.
The City hereby approves the extension of your grant period to reflect the following dates: a
Project Substantial Completion Date of September 30, 2025; a Final Report Deadline of
November 2, 2025;and a Grant Period End Date of January 16, 2026.
Your signature below indicates acceptance of the extended grant period and interim dates.
Please return the signed original to our office within five(5)business days and we will provide
