Re: Extension of the Grant Agreement between the City of Miami Beach (Grantor) and
Yvonne Martens (Grantee)
Dear Yvonne Martens,
The above referenced Grant Agreement has an initial grant period commencing on January
1, 2024 and ending on April 15, 2025 with a Substantial Completion due date of December
31, 2024 for the related construction. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Grant Agreement, the City
may provide extensions in its sole discretion.
You have requested an extension of six (6) months from your end date of April 15, 2025. The
City hereby approves the extension of your grant period to reflect the following dates: a Project
Substantial Completion Date of June 30, 2025; a Final Report Deadline of July 31, 2025; and
a Grant Period End Date of October 15, 2025.
Your signature below indicates acceptance of the extended grant period and interim dates.
Please return the signed original to our office within five(5)business days and we will provide
