Re: Extension of the Grant Agreement between the City of Miami Beach (Grantor) and
Steven Tumbleson (Grantee)
Dear Steven Tumbleson,
The above referenced Grant Agreement has an initial grant period commencing on December
1, 2023 and ending on July 15, 2025 with a Substantial Completion due date of March 31,
2025 for the related construction. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Grant Agreement, the City may
provide extensions in its sole discretion.
You have requested an extension of six (6) months from your end date of July 15, 2025. The
City hereby approves the extension of your grant period to reflect the following dates:a Project
Substantial Completion Date of September 30, 2025; a Final Report Deadline of October 31,
2025; and a Grant Period End Date of January 15, 2026.
Your signature below indicates acceptance of the extended grant period and interim dates.
Please return the signed original to our office within five(5)business days and we will provide
you with a fully executed copy. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
