Dear Mr. Granado:
This responds to your recent correspondence to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, transmitting a
copy of Resolution Number 2025-33490, regarding the upkeep of the buildings and grounds
located at 445 West 40th Street and 1661 West Avenue in Miami Beach.
I understand your interest in this matter. Please be assured that the U.S. Postal Service shares
your interest in keeping postal facilities maintained to standards that reflect our pride in being an
integral part of the community. We contacted local postal officials, who assured us that the
issues raised in your correspondence have been addressed: however, there is currently
construction in the parking lot of the facility located at 1661 West Avenue, which is presenting
some challenges for customers when parking and entering and exiting the building.
Nevertheless, if you have further questions or concerns, you may contact Miami Beach
Postmaster Carlisa Brannon at(305)672-2447. However, should you believe your concerns are
not being sufficiently addressed locally, you may contact the Florida 3 District Consumer Affairs
office at (305)470-0890.
Thank you for writing.
Sincerely,
