A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA CHANGING THE DATE OF
THE NOVEMBER 22,1995 MIAMI BEACH CITY
COMMISSION MEETING TO NOVEMBER 21,
1995.
WHEREAS,the second regularly scheduled meeting in November 1995 of the Miami Beach
City Commission has been scheduled for November 22, 1995; and
WHEREAS,in light of the fact that November 22, 1995 is the day preceding commencement
of the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend, the City Commission deems it more convenient for its
members and the general citizenry to change this Commission Meeting date to November 21, 1995.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Commission of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida that the second regularly scheduled meeting in November 1995 of
the Miami Beach City Commission scheduled for November 22, 1995 has been changed to November
21, 1995.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of , September , 1995.

RE: NOVEMBER COMMISSION MEETING
The second City Commission meeting in November is scheduled for Wednesday,
November 22,the day before Thanksgiving. The November meeting schedule was planned
for the second and fourth Wednesday of the month to coincide with the upcoming elections.
Usually the regular meeting dates would have been the first and third Wednesday of that
month. I would appreciate it if we could change the second meeting date in November to
Tuesday,November 21 in order to better accommodate persons who wish to make
Thanksgiving holiday plans. Please let me know the process to possibly make this change.
