Dear Mayor,Commissioners and HPB board members:
The Collins Park Neighborhood Association held their monthly meeting on April 15th,
2025 in the Miami City Ballet Board Room.We received a presentation on the Casa
Cipriani project scheduled for the 3600 block of Collins Avenue by Rey Melendi from
13th Floor and Brandon Haw,the architect for the project.
They have requested a letter of support and the CPNA board voted unanimously to
support this project since it aligns with all the projects underway in the Collins Park
Neighborhood currently under construction and the Ritz Carleton/Sagamore project that
we previously endorsed.It will be a great addition to the Faena Arts District immediately
adjacent to this project.
Since I sit on the HPB,I abstained from voting on this issue but am merely reporting the
