requested that the Commission waive the
appeal fee and stated that the appeal process should be friendlier by waiving
the appeal fees Jose Smith City Attorney stated that there is no fee waiver provision
but it is up to
the discretion of the City Commission Commissioner Steinberg and Jorge Gonzalez City Manager both stated that since there
isno provision in the
City Code to waive the appeal fee they cautioned the Commission to not waive
the fee Bill Farkas Executive Director of the Miami Design Preservation League withdrew his request City Clerk
