Commissioner Tobin has requested the following.
Please add the following item to the agenda for the Commission Retreat:
1. Discussion item, Commission to appoint Investigator/Auditor under section 2.03 ofthe Charter.
a. Discuss scope and limitation of City Manager's powers until July 8, 2012.
b. City Commission to be consulted in advance regarding all decisions by City Manager's office until July
8,2012, with weekly debriefing
c. All documents within Administration's control retained and preserved
d. City Manager's separation package and any items subject to
e. City Commission to meet with each Department Head and Assistant City Managers to outline how they see
the transition being accomplished. Would like in writing for all Executives to explain how they fit into the
organizational chart, their responsibilities and goals and specifically outline any challenges they foresee in
the future.
