SUBJECT: Referral to the Finance Committee regarding proposed ordinance
to establish the position of a Condominium Ombudsman in the City
of Miami Beach
This is to request a referral to the Finance Committee of a discussion to consider
a City Code amendment to establish the position of a Condominium Ombudsman
in the City of Miami Beach. The proposed ordinance would establish the duties,
qualifications, and procedures for the appointment of such position by the City
Manager.
