The ITN seeks a bidder interested and qualified to maintain, manage, and operate a commercial space at the ground floor retail area of the City-owned Building (adjacent to City Hall) located at 1701 Meridian Avenue, Unit 4. Proposals pursuant to this ITN were received on April 18, 2025. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: •Marc Chevalier, Senior Risk Officer, Risk Management Division, Human Resources Department •Sasha Gonzalez, Customer Services Manager, Finance Department •Ron Mumaw, Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department •Marcela Rubio, Assistant Director, Office of Housing and Community Services •Luis Wong, Administrative Services Manager, Economic Development Department I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: •Jacqueline Caicedo, Administrative Services Manager, Parking Department •Kevin Irizarry, Senior HR Risk Analyst, Risk Management Division, Human Resources Department •Elizabeth Miro, Assistant Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department •John Rebar, Director, Parks and Rec�eation Department •Otniel Rodriguez, Assistant Director, Transportation and Mobility Department As a reminder, this solicitation is under the cone of silence
