The data presented in this L TC is submitted in accordance with the requirements established in Resolution 2024-33436 adopted on December 11, 2024. From April 19, 2025 to May 2, 2025, Code has issued a total of 55 violations in North Beach; the data below reflects the status along with the number of cases in that status and the types of violations issued. Of these, 43 violations are in violation status, awaiting reinspection by the Code officer or are in due-process, 1 violation resulted in a written warning, and 10 violations were closed due to compliance being achieved.
