This year, we proudly commemorate the nation's 249th birthday on Friday, July 4, 2025. The Independence Day Celebrations will take place in both the North Beach and South Beach neighborhoods and are open to all City residents and visitors. In North Beach, festivities will start at 5 p.m. and will include music, a family zone, f ood trucks, fireworks, and a drone show over Altos Del Mar Park, along with a free outdoor roller disco at the Miami Beach Bandshell. In South Beach, at 8 :30 p.m., there will be live music followed by a firework display in Lummus Park along Ocean Drive and 12th Street. Attendees can ride the free ci t ywide trolley service from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m .. Below is the schedule for the events.
