Miami Beach United supports Commissioner Alex Fernandez'request for deferral of the 1250 West
Avenue and Deauville projects for a limited period,pending legal review of the implications of the recent
Florida Attorney General's opinion.Our support is not specific to the projects but is based on the crucial
and far-reaching implications of this opinion to reinstate rights guaranteed under our Charter.
