Original certificates of insurance must be submiUetl(o�he Cily s Risk Manager for approval(prior to any work antllor services commencing)antl will be kept on file in ihe Office of the Risk Manager. The City shall have Ihe right to ob(ain from �he ConsWtant specimen copies of fhe insurance policies in t�e event Ihat submitfed certificales of insurance are inadequate to ascertain compliance with requiretl coverage. The Consul�ant is also solely responsible for obtaining antl submitlinq all insurance cehificates for any sub-consultants. This Agreement shall be enforceable in Miami-Dade County, Floritla, antl if legal action is necessary by either party with respect to ihe en(orcemen� o(any ar all of ihe terms or conditions herein, exclusive venue for ihe entorcement of same shall lie in Miami-0ade Coun�y, Florida.
