SUBJECT: Preliminary FY 2026 Commission and Committee Expenditure Enhancements
This Letter to Commission (L TC) is intended to provide the Mayor and City Commission with a
preliminary list of City Commission and Committee enhancements to be considered as part of the
Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 budget development process, as requested by the Mayor and City
Commission at the June 25, 2025 City Commission meeting.
The final documents, which are still being refined, will include the Administration's requested
enhancements and enhancement requests that comply with City policies. These will be presented
by the Administration at the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee (FERC) Budget Briefing
on July 11, 2025, along with recommendations for balancing the FY 2026 budgets.
