This Letter.to the C om m ission (L T C)provides an update on two m otions unanim ously passed
during the June 12 ,2025 m eeting of the Mayor's 41st Street Com m ittee (the "Com m ittee"),led by
C hair Bonnie C rabtree and V ice C hair M ichael Burn stine.
Motion 1:The C om m ittee supports the m illing and resurf acing of alleyw ays along 41st Street,w ith
part icular attention to areas adjacent to the Post Office and Cafe Avanti,and
recom m ends that additional alleyw ays be considered for beautification in future
phases.The C omm ittee also requests the opportunity to review the City's
im plem entation plan for alleyw ay im pro vem ents.
