SUBJECT: Personnel Board Group 2 Election
Pursuant to City Code Section 2-190.69, the Office of the City Clerk commenced election
procedures to elect the employee representative of Group 2 for the Personnel Board, for the term
commencing August 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2028. Group 2 consists of "employees in clerical
and executive positions."
On May 29, 2025, a notice was sent to eligible Group 2 employees informing them that an election
had been called to elect the Group 2 employee representative to the Personnel Board. The notice
was disseminated via e-mail to Department Directors, Division Directors, and Management Team,
with instructions to post and distribute the notice among their employees. Group 2 employees had
from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, June 13, 2025 to declare their interest in qualifying to run as
the Group 2 employee representative on the Personnel Board.
The polls opened from July 7 to July 10, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Office of the City
Clerk proceeded to open the ballot box on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 2: 10 p.m. and counted the
ballots. There was a total of 17 votes cast: 12 votes were cast for Mickey Green Jr. and 5 votes
were cast for Jose Obando.
Based on the above results, Mr. Mickey Green Jr., from the Parking Department, is therefore
elected as Representative of Group 2 for the Personnel Board for the three-year term ending on
July 31, 2028.

We,the undersigned Clerk and Witness,do hereby certify that:

Mr.Mickey Green Jr.from the Parking Department is therefore elected as Representative of Group
2 for the Personnel Board for the three-year term ending on July 31,2028.
