($10.000,000 Value) Seed Capital for Byron Carlyle Site Development A contribution of $7,500,000 will be made to the city for use in connection with the proposed redevelopment of the Byron Carlyle Site. Biscayne Beach Elementary School Sanitary and Sewer Improvements A contribution to the City of Miami Beach of $40,000 to be made towards Biscayne Beach Elementary School on sanitary and sewer improvements North Beach Infrastructure Study and Improvements The Developer will provide $400,000 to the City for the study and implementation of North Beach infrastructure improvements. Triangle Pocket Park $250,000 will be funded to the City of Miami Beach to design and construct a pocket park at the intersection of 67th St., Indian Creek Drive, and Harding Ave. Park View Entrance Improvements $500,000 payment to the city for improvements to the entrance to Park View Island. Privately Owned Public Spaces Such as the reconstructed Deauville lobby, the north elevated beach access, the south beach access, and Collins Avenue sidewalk promenade. Center for Miami Modern Architecture and Resilience 2,000 sf exhibition and meeting space to be used as the Center for Miami Modern Architecture and resilience. Temporary Public Park A portion of the property shall be developed as a temporary public open space and access to the beach for use by the general public. Allison Park Dog Park Improvements $500,000 payment to the city for Improvements to the Allison Park dog park 4. The Stormwater system would have 15 interconnected drainage wells with a combined capacity of 29,550 gallons per minute leading to a significant net drainage improvement to the previous existing site.
