A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAM{ BEACH, FLORIDA, ELECTING COMMISSIONER JOSEPH
MAGAZINE, GROUP VI,AS VICE-MAYOR, FOR A TERM COMMENCING
ON AUGUST 1, 2025, AND TERMINATING ON NOVEMBER 30, 2025.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission established a policy of rotating the
position of Vice-Mayoreveryfour months, and the next Vice-MayorGroup is Group Vl;and
WHEREAS, the term for the next Vice-Mayor is August 1, 2025 through November
30, 2025, and Commissioner Joseph Magazine is next in the rotation to serve as Vice-
Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Commissioner Joseph
Magazine is hereby elected as Vice-Mayor, for a term commencing on August 1, 2025
through November 30, 2025.
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 23ro day of July 2025.
