SUBJECT: Bi-Weekly North Beach Update -Code Enforcement, Property Management Activities, and Special Magistrate Case Status
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC} is to provide North Beach metrics and updates from the Code Compliance Department's (Code) enforcement initiatives, Property Management activities, and Special Magistrate dispositions. The data presented in this L TC is submitted in accordance with the requirements established in Resolution 2024-33436 adopted on December 11, 2024.

I.Code Enforcement Violations -North Beach
The information provided in this report is based on the data obtained in EnerGov, the database
utilized by Code to track all cases.
From June 1, 2025 -June 30, 2025, Code has issued a total of 138 violations in North Beach; the data below reflects the status along with the number of cases in that status and the types of
violations issued. Of these, 33 violations are in violation status, awaiting reinspection by the Code
officer or are in due-process, 3 violations resulted in a written warning, and 72 violations were
closed due to compliance being achieved.
